Getting from the Athens Airport to your Hotel

To get from the Athens Airport, called "Eleftherios Venizelos", to your hotel in Athens, called "The Museum Hotel", we propose the following two options:

Option 1: By metro and bus

Take the blue metro line from the airport (blue line) and exit to Ampelokipi station (see fig. 1).
On street level, take either
- the bus line B5 (St. Larissis, Aghia Paraskevi), direction St. Larissis, or
- the trolley bus line 7 (Panepistimiou, Alexandras), direction Pedion Areos, or
- the trolley bus line 8 (Alexandras av., Akadimias), direction Pedion Areos, or
- the trolley bus line 14 (Pl. Papadiamanti, Girokomio), direction Pl. Papadiamanti, or
- the trolley bus line 18 (Museum, Halandri (Ethnikis Andistaseos)), direction Museum, or
- the trolley bus line 19 (Museum, Halandri (Sidera)), direction Museum
and get off at Pedion Areos stop (see fig. 1).
From there, the Museum hotel is at walking distance (see fig. 2).
The ticket for both the metro and the bus costs 8 euro.

Option 2: By taxi

Share a cab 2-3 of you to take you directly to hotel - the cost would be no more than 40 euro.
